Hande Cangökçe: archlute

In this concert, countertenor Kaan Buldular and archlute artist Hande Cangökçe will perform laments expressing grief in the form of poetry and songs.

Their repertoire consists of works by French and Italian Baroque composers, as well as arrangements for archlute, which has the widest vocal range among countertenors and lutes, from Ottoman Palace Music composed during the Baroque period.
