Dance Camera Istanbul carefully curated offers the best local and international examples of cinematographic choreographies / dance films created specifically for the lens of the camera. The main purpose of the Dance Camera Istanbul Festival is; to create a pioneering incubator environment with co-production and collaboration among the community for every body, identity and age while investigating the interaction and possibilities between dance, choreography, film, photography, music and, in the recent years investigating the possibilities within extended reality (XR) around all related artistic, technological and design forms of life to make more cutting edge dance films.
